@jmoneyy said in Custom Fingerprint NON WORKING!:

@sergerdn what does one enter the data in the CNAME record? host and value

I believe that if you ask such questions, it will be very hard in the future to make other changes.

E.g., the CNAME record is not enough to solve the task, and you should change the hostname value of HTTP requests because Bablosoft servers do not allow any domains except their own.

The last issue can be solved with various tools like Nginx, HAProxy, or similar solutions.
I use custom workers on Cloudflare to change hostname in requests, so I don't need to maintain own server for that.

Yes, the money was returned today

@FastSpace the link is to a very good source of knowledge. thanks. it is a shame that the developer just steals the money.

SOLVED
thanks for all that helped.
We make fingerprint by useragent and call as required for site visited.

We have been trying to figure this out for a few days and it appears windows antimalware executable could be the problem. The way we resolve this is we added worker.exe and FastExecuteScript.exe and node.exe to the windows antivirus exceptions list and it appears this makes the problem almost go away.

Yes we use fingerprints
No we do not use profiles
No inactivity emulation

It's worth noting that we do not use BAS rather we use puppeteer-with-fingerprints directly as a libriary

I will note that we only saw this problem start with 27.2.0 and 1 week prior we saw the exact same issue on our non-bablosoft scrapers that use chrome directly and it started with chrome 124

Thank you for your great system.

Hi @Fox
We are collecting fingerprint database but it is not giving satisfactory results. Lets suppose 3 lakh impressions are coming on the site where the script is placed. It is only fetching 30-40 fingerprints which is too less. Can you provide solution? It would be a great help.

@basuser123 I went throu the proccess successfully! IT WORKS!!! exellent!!!

Is the problem still happening? What kind of stick print are you trying to get? Are you using PerfectCanvas?

@basmail said in Premium Fingerprints are unreliable since a few days:

Hello, since a few days there are issues sometimes and now its not working since hours.
I'm running my setup since months like that and now there is always the "Query limit reached" message, even when the server is not running anymore and after a longer waiting period than 3 minutes.
Errorcode: {"valid":false,"message":"Query limit reached","trylater":true}

Someone needs to check this.
Thank you!
