i have chrome userdata with google logged in, but after loading chrome profile from bas using profile options it always logout that profile from google

I can't reproduce your problem. Make sure you are using profiles correctly. If the problem is still relevant, please attach a test project in which you can repeat the problem.
If you want the second folder to stay updated with the potential changes that appear in the original folder after working with it, then yes, you would need to copy it again.
