1. Each announcement must include:
   • Description of the service or product
   • Terms of service
   • Pricing/plans
2. Rules of the seller or service must not contradict the general rules of the forum and this section
3. Moderators have the right to delete topics and announcements that violate forum rules or contain false information
4. Users may report violations and fraudulent announcements to the moderators
5. Topics may be bumped no more than once within a 48-hour period.

1. Sale of illegal goods and services
2. Posting of knowingly non-working or fraudulent offers
3. Circumventing forum rules by disguising the topic as “other”

New Restriction on Posting Advertisements

Dear users,

Starting today, advertising posts may be published no more than once every 48 hours.
This restriction applies to all sections where advertising publications are allowed.

Recently, advertising topics have noticeably spammed the forum feed, so we have decided to limit topic bumping to reduce repetitive spam content. In the future, this restriction may be increased to 72 hours. If the rules are updated, the changes will be posted in this thread as a new announcement.
