User Agent Not Consistent [Please Help]

Hi All Comunity Member

I try to get mobile version of a web page but can not get it to work in loop condition

i have changed the user agent to android but not work (sometimes show desktop site sometime show mobile site)

i try to place set user agent command before the loop and inside loop but the result is same, not consistent

hope somebody will help me. thanks a lot
