Failed to Start Browser: Not enough system resources

I am having problems running a bot I just developed using BAS. It keeps saying Failed to Start Browser: Not enough system resources both on my Laptop (4GB RAM, 372 Free Hard Disk) and a VPS (2GB RAM, 17GB Free Hard Disk - only BAS and Chrome installed here)).

I have attached screenshots.

What is the minimum system requirement to run BAS?
