Can i delete the old folder more than 1 week without problem?

This folder contains the scripts that the scheduler downloaded. I do not know exactly how the scheduler works and in which cases it should clear this folder, on this issue you can contact support.
You can not delete, but move these folders to another directory and check the work. If the work is done correctly, then these folders can be deleted, if not, they can be moved back.
