How to download an image and edit it ?

Hello,

I would like to download an image that is on a website and modify it ( cropped and rezize ), then put it in a folder on my computer.

For the moment I can only save a screenshot but the quality of the image is not great and I can't modify the image.

@lostea If you work through the browser mode, you can get the picture through the cache. on the Russian section of the forum about the work with the cache should be information, in English I'm not sure.
