I would like to copy text from RICH text/DOC file how can I copy the file and past it with all markup correct as it is on doc/rich text. I tried to search but couldn't find HELP,

How are you getting the mail? Are you doing it through browser or through an api?
you can use regex, get substring or get html for this.
