Hcaptcha fails to load as long as I have rechaptcha 7.0 module enabled. When I looked into it, it looks like the manifest file in hcaptcha iframe does not load. instead cloudflare is "checking browser" when I inspect through the hcaptcha iframe.
This is what shows in Hcaptcha iframe for the file site.webmanifest and i think this is why hcaptcha is not loading when recaptcha is enabled

It means > Wait full page load and if not loaded in 120 seconds report an error and stop script execution.
Default value is 60 seconds, and there are actions that can set it up for whole script, but can be set individually like in your example.
