I cant manage to find a website to create a account I can just find one to login. Is it even possible to make a account with a website?

In gmail, e.g., I select month and it shows the "manual" drop-down menu. Then, I use the type action to type out "July" or "Jul", whatever is sufficient for google to detect "July" and select it by itself.
