Interact with MetaMask extention

I can load the extension, i also have popups enabled. When you require to link your wallet and the MetaMask and the extension by default chrome popup it doesnt work through BAS, are there a specific setting for the extensions to also show?

Need to get the extension to popup so i can initiate the Signature Sign to verify the account.
