How to use element from list?

I am trying to use elements from a list I created using the "resource to list" function. I created a resource, "URL Names", using "Create Resource". Then I used "Resource To List" to send my created resource, "URL Names", to a list. Then I added added an element, "yahoo", to the Resource I created that is "URL Names". Now I want to be able to pull from that list using the "element" option found under "List". I mainly want to use "Random Element" when calling upon the list I made to pull an element from a list but knowing how to use all elements such as Get Element, First Element, Last Element, Random Element. I am trying to create a list to for use in typing in the browser using the "Type" option but know how to use The element feature in the list option will be helpful. Can someone help me with this?
