@Fox hi, yes this is thesame issue i am facing, i am using a thirdparty module but it does not work when i compile, what do you mean by create 1 action of this official module, could you please explain

There may be actions of other modules inside the module, and all modules are active when editing the script. But when compiling, BAS analyzes what actions are in the script, and if there are no actions of any module in the script, then this module is disabled.

Great thanks, will do a bit more reading. I'm not sure what advanced DB settings BAS even has for this kind of thing. TBH I will probably just create a work around and start using a schedule to run with 1 thread regularly until a condition is met. Then the DB is updated in real time and massively minimises the odds of a single row being selected by two scripts. Bit of a pain, but I can't see any options in BAS so far to implement what you're discussing! Best Regards

    Hello,

I have many files I'll be using across many projects that I'd like to include in BAS. Is there either a way to add private npm packages or reference local files not created in the BAS node.js file editor?

As long as I keep the file names the same can I copy over the js files at C:\Users<USER>\AppData\Roaming\BrowserAutomationStudio\apps\22.1.2\embedded<HASH>\distr\lib?

    Thanks,
    Jim

You can use standard BAS actions to create\download\copy or move the necessary js files. You can get the current directory of the node js module using the __dirname method

    Hi Buddy,
    Good question,
Back connect proxies for me have always had a high fail rate they tend to be very slow, i have used the same services as you listed.

You have taken great steps to try and get over the problem I also increase the timeout limit.

I know it does not really answer your question but for me, i only use back connect for non-browser based bots as they work well.

Then for bots that require heavy lifting, i used dedicated.

Will keep an eye on the thread to get other peoples views :)
