How to set global time out time to 15-20 seconds ?

I’m coding a program that needs to run fast. So if an action is time out after 15s , it should jump to the next function immediately.
The default timeout of 60 seconds is pretty long for my purpose. But my list of action contains too many actions to edit one by one and reduce the time out to 15s
(If the list contain 3-4 actions, it’s okay to edit one by one. But there are 40-50 actions x 10 functions, any of them can be failed and needs to wait 60 secs, so editing 500 actions to reduce time out to 15 seconds is time consuming)
Is there anyway to set global time out for all actions in a script to be 15-20 seconds ?
