What is the problem?

I bought 2 fingerprint keys yesterday but they are not working at all. Whenever I create a profile, it takes my computer and browser's fingerprint and saves it in the profile. What is the problem?
Nor is the perfect canvas working

Whenever I create a profile, BAS stores my original browser fingerprint in that profile file.

@Fox I have created about 100 profiles and checked that all have the same fingerprint and browser version.

First a profile is created and then a fingerprint is obtained and applied.
I've created profiles like this before and several of them worked fine, but now I have two licenses for fingerprint keys and it won't work.

I created about 10 profiles, I did not find any problems, the fingerprints are replaced correctly. Describe in more detail how you obtain and apply the fingerprint. How do you check if it has been replaced or not?
