No it was fine but when i restart my PC and i got this problem. Its solved now. Idk what caused this.

In my case it was firewall. Script couldn't connect to server and download files.
I did the current url and this is what appeared https://mobile.twitter.com/?locale=pl
this is okay and loading fine but still PAUSE then move on to the next resource
