How can I optimize CPU when working with BAS

Hello support team!
I am using BAS Premium. I have a problem with my BAS version. I'm trying to optimize. But it looks but doesn't work. my machine configuration 2 CPU 48 threads. 64 GB Ram. but only opening 100 threads running at a time, the CPU freezes to 100%. I use someone else's version of BAS but it's encrypted. Their version running 100 threads only runs 40-50 % CPU. So they optimized better than mine. So I want to ask how to set up chrome on BAS to save CPU when loading Youtube videos? Thank you !
