Someone can explain to me what Proxy manager means?
I understood that there is an app about it.

Its an app that you can manage your proxy like the name of the app LOL.

I don't think this is a UDP issue. UDP is just a basic network setting. Perhaps they used other fraud detection techniques.

this bug exist at least from 1 year ago, this make the website can easily detect this as a bot, but somehow dev dont fix it till now. very unfortunate case, if we see so many new feature being introduced yet the basic need is being forgotten/not maintained

@lymz101 Well, it's a file with data, not an answer in json format, save it to disk and from it already take a random string for example, and then it should be parsed
