Error when setting Proxy with Mail Module

Hi everyone,
I got an error call : «‎RECV_ERROR», error: «‎Failure when receiving data from the peer»
when setting Proxy in "Proxy Receiving Mail" for getting Email from Outlook

Everything working perfectly without Proxy for getting mail
And Proxy working perfectly with HTTP PROXY and PROXY in browser.

Could anyone help?

Before using a proxy connection, you need to confirm that you were trying to connect to mail from a new location.
