How to use Cookie-Editor extension, when it's like this?

I can't use it because when I go to the tiktok website and turn on the extension, it doesn't appear.
While I use the normal chrome browser it works, but with Bas, when clicking on the extension it creates a new tab, that cannot be used with this extension.
