Good afternoon. It's better for you to clarify this via Skype direct paid support. They respond within 1-3 days. If the question is to get all previously created profiles, see the "users" tab. All scripts and users are there. The question is, if you don't remember the password for the user, then you don't need them anymore. (It is not possible to reset the password, I asked this question to the developer until there is nothing they will not do)

One profile cannot be used in multiple threads at the same time.

If the profile has been opened once, it cannot be opened again from the second time onwards
Close the browser before opening a new one with the same profile, and wait for it to fully close.
