@Alex84 Не работает эта фигня... Если её убрать, то ошибка Failed to get proxy IP уходит. Но сайт всё равно не загружается, ни один, через Браузер.

Did you read my post above? Have you checked the resources?

Increase the "Max fail usage" value in the resource
