Yes, the address is correct. Expect a response

@mufaric said in Problems with payment of FingerprintSwitcher and Custom servers:
@Fox please help me. i need fingerprint licence as soon as posible
This is the address of the developer, only he can solve the payment problem. I can only send another email to the same address on my behalf, but this will not speed up the solution of the problem.

Hello, I paid $40 for the custom server via PayPal, but my account still shows as free, can you please change it to premium.

paid via USDT, i sent $21.19 plus another $3.05 to cover the transfer fee, however on
the sales page it updated after i submitted the transaction and said:
this:Partially paid. The amount sent is less than the actual price. Txid -
fb3e5646c0c8b8d9304a20c67ba21d3500981096614bf51327d7b8c9dee11373I then submitted a second payment for $6 plus another $3.05
transaction fee just to try to cover the amount that i was supposedly
missing. (however, as you can see, you received more than $20 from the
first transaction alone, and I covered the fee as well).the problem is that my fingerprint manager license has still not been issued.
the second transaction id is linked here: https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/4edfdf986520d6ebc39861b997d419a612fdba539f67f7f9e2733d52f99f0104at this point i've already spent over 34 dollars for a 1 month subscription... and i still havent even got that.
maybe i can pay another 6 bucks and you can go ahead and give me the 3 month license... just a thought, either way.thank you!

I have nothing to do with the payment process or the issuance of keys, I duplicate to all users the email address that is indicated on each page when paying, but for some reason people do not see it.

@Fox still no response....
This is the developer mail and I do not know how long the response takes, none of those to whom I sent this addres told me how long they were given an answer.
