Not able to Update Twitter Profile Picture

Hi
I used the Open File Dialogue to change profile picture in twitter, the picture was shown but when i click on Save button, error is shown in twitter : Sorry something went wrong, please try again. Can you confirm if it is only me or it is not working for you also ?
