Hello, I have a bot that makes calls via Skype, but Skype's own feature, subtitles, sometimes do not work. For this, I need a plugin that can detect the sounds in Skype conversations. I will not pay without testing the plugin.

I believe you should capture sound using a some script and send it to an API to obtain a transcription.
