Premium Fingerprints are unreliable since a few days

Hello, since a few days there are issues sometimes and now its not working since hours.
I'm running my setup since months like that and now there is always the "Query limit reached" message, even when the server is not running anymore and after a longer waiting period than 3 minutes.
Errorcode: {"valid":false,"message":"Query limit reached","trylater":true}

Someone needs to check this.
