Impossible to reach a site

Hello,

I've got a connection problem!

1. I have installed the free version of "Browser Automation Studio".
2. I pressed "record".
3. I clicked on the "Google Chrome" icon.
4. I clicked on "Load".
5. I entered the address of a website (for example: www.google.com")
6. The following message appears:

(Position : 0. Key up / key down - Tweak selection
This site can't be reached
The connection was reset
Try :
. Checking the connection
. Checking the proxy and the firewall
. Running Windows Network Diagnostic
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

Of course the internet connection works perfectly.
What should I do to fix the problem?
