Has anyone found any cool methods to log data usage while script is running and logging it?

Export g sheet to suitable format - csv for example. Than import csv file to database.
Tried to edit from the file itself (opened with notepad) all the "AOL" chosen as example to "the one i'm looking for" but it didn't work
