did you changed size of browser ?

have you added recovery mail to gmail account ? Just log with bas one time and save cookies and you can log anytime .

I have no problem with authorization in my google account. Here is the video that proves this.

When i use my regular browser (no proxy) and log into the account everything works fine.

Did you reinstalled or at least cleared your profile from standart browser, because if you didn't you still have a lot of cookies, cache, local storage left in real browser, while you don't have it in BAS. BAS is always clear on start.

If you still have same problem in BAS and don't have it in standart browser(after clearing it), please try to login in this browser http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds/cef_binary_3.3163.1670.g934eaba_windows64_client.tar.bz2
and report about result.

Thing that also may be usefull is more detailes about your test case, what did you tried to do before asking for phone. Have you tried to login like 100 times and after that you got error, or something like.

Remember that you always can save cookie and login just one time. And after 20.4.0 update you may also save whole profile.

@support just tested with the browser you mentioned and it works fine - no errors, no phone verification or other problems... and then tested again in BAS and it shows phone sms verification... and tested again with the browser and again it works fine...

so i guess it's the browser in BAS the causes the problem...

i also dont have problem with login , it may be quality of gmail since some gmail requires phone verificatiom most of the time . Actually, i was using bas to avoid phone verification and did it successfully many times. Try creating new gmail

@support it works perfectly, i tested it with random fingerprints and i never got any error - sometimes it asks for phone number input or recovery email input, but never asks for sms / phone verification so this is quite amazing, and it's working well for gmail and it should work for other sites as well...
