Are you trying to open a project with the xml extension in BAS? Probably your project is damaged, you did not edit it manually using text editors? Try to restore it from backups located here:
C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\BrowserAutomationStudio\projectbackups
From version 24, the error "Timeout during..." occurs a lot.
It's very rare to see bugs like this in version 23.2.
So if anyone knows what this problem is, please help.

How can repeat this error? Is it even possible to repeat it intentionally?
I fixed my problem by deleting the first row everytime Im done with it. So now I create a excel file, everytime script works on first row, it deletes it and second row becomes first one and works like that.
