And you mean if one has no website he should buy advertisement space on an external site where he can place his custom-server js code and if he has a website just buy cheap crap traffic and redirect them to the own site?

@951mighty No, if you use only http requests there are no fingerprints needed as only browser uses fingprint characteristics like canvas, webgl, audio context, fonts and so on.
