Hello, I have a problem, which is that whenever I want to communicate with anyone PM, he asks me to have at least one reputation. Where can I gain this reputation?

If disable this rule, spam in private messages from new users will start

@Fox So where can I get 1 reputation, or how can I chat with others?

You can ask for it directly, but if you are complained about for spam, you will be blocked.
