Improved template for publishing modules on the forum

We have updated the template for publishing modules. Now it is more structured and user-friendly. The new template applies to new publications; old topics can be updated optionally for the convenience of your users.

    New sections:

    1. Compatibility: Specify the BAS versions the module is compatible with (for example: BAS 24.0 and above)
    2. Usage examples: add templates showing how the module can be used in real tasks (optional)
    3. Documentation: Add instructions on how your module works
    4. Screenshot: Screenshot of the module

    Important!
We have introduced a new rule: it is prohibited to upload modules to cloud storage or third-party servers.
This is to prevent cases of module loss.

Example from practice: the module Snapshot Module was uploaded to a third-party cloud, but over time the link expired. As a result, the module had to be restored and re-uploaded to the forum. The source of the module was never recovered.
Similar situations have occurred more than once, and we used to manually replace such modules. Now, to avoid such risks, it is prohibited to use third-party storage.

    Updated FingerprintManager topic

We have completely updated the FingerprintManager topic:

    • Updated links
    • Updated the appearance of the topic
    • Updated the text

    Karma: new assignment rules

There is a restriction on the forum: newcomers cannot give karma to other users.
This restriction is in place to prevent artificial boosting and abuse.

However, there is a downside to this rule: newcomers cannot thank users who genuinely helped them.

    What we do:

    • In cases where a moderator sees that you helped a newcomer, karma can be assigned manually.
    • This practice has already been in place for the past 2–3 months and is now officially confirmed.
