Help - How to scrape data from Multiple New Email - from same sender address

my current bot is running until is element exist

which firstly to check is there any new email recieved
[is element exist for css]

then check sender name [ is element exist for match]

then count how many of the new email contain sender name.
element count.

then click to the element which is sender name.

the problem is after clicking the email.

its appear cascading ...

i try to explore the css, but cant find ways to
do that..

Please help..as i need to automate a really tedious process
that is data entry..
