This is probably a problem with profiles. I rebuilt the project without profiles, and it started working.
Pop-Up issue

When i try to open a popup it not opens like it should.
As an example you can use:

I allow popups, go to the linked page from first post and it wont open a popup.
Looks like a bug in BAS i think.
