How to enable camera?

Hello im trying to grant camera access but there is no popup to allow, changing preferences is not helping at all, any resloution?

@BAS-Viet-Nam its for bas, im asking for fingerprintmanager cuz there is no option, and i want to be able to stream video from source that i select, not only fake

There is no functionality for using a webcam in FM3
