InMail.imap.getBoxes: RECV_ERROR - Failure when receiving data from the peer

Hi BAS Team,
I'm encountering the following error when using the InMail.imap.getBoxes module:
InMail.imap.getBoxes: RECV_ERROR - Failure when receiving data from the peer
The error occurs while BAS is trying to retrieve the mailbox folders through IMAP.
I have already verified the following:

• The email credentials are correct.
• IMAP is enabled.
• I also tested with an App Password (if required by the email provider).
  *The issue still occurs consistently.
  Could you please help me understand:

1. What exactly does RECV_ERROR - Failure when receiving data from the peer mean?
2. Is this error caused by the IMAP server closing the connection, a TLS/SSL issue, a network/proxy problem, or a bug in the InMail.imap.getBoxes module?
3. Is there any way to enable more detailed logs or debugging so I can identify the root cause?

I'm using Gmail with IMAP enabled and an App Password.

The login works successfully, but the error occurs when calling InMail.imap.getBoxes to retrieve the mailbox folders.

Could you let me know if there are any known issues with Gmail IMAP or if there is anything I should check on my side?
