How to connect to remote database?

Hi is there a way to connect to my mysql remote database that i have on web hosting?

I tried to insert host and port

but i get this error in BAS:

Remote Connection String = myhost.ddd.com:21
Connection Error = DBClientBase::findN: transport error: myhost.ddd.com:21 ns: admin.$cmd query: { ismaster: 1 }

i dont really know whats wrong, there was no field to input password idk
