Seems to have to do with "add tab" When not having proccess tunneling activated i can't add any tabs.
Now I'm on 28.2.0 and it works back to normal

Just want to know how bas restores cookie ?
BAS parses json and sends it to browser, it formats cookies and sends it to server.
