I can export>import records because colons and linebreaks ruin it when I import it. im getting data in wrong tables etc

To specify more, I have colons and linebreaks in columns, for example one column is URL and other is ARTICLE with colons or/and linebreaks

Use resources to import csv file into BAS. Define resource type as "Lines from file" and set it to "Use each line one time" if you need that behavior. Than just put resource variable in place of URL.
