I can export>import records because colons and linebreaks ruin it when I import it. im getting data in wrong tables etc

how to prevent?

To specify more, I have colons and linebreaks in columns, for example one column is URL and other is ARTICLE with colons or/and linebreaks

In the standard database module, the "not equal" condition exists only for the "int" data type, which means you can write a date in milliseconds to a column with this data type and then use a filter with the "not equal" condition

Now I am faced with the problem that after trying to add a Database to a new project by ID, all the data and tables were deleted from it

Hope that really answered your problem. Can also use the "Select Records" command, change the Table to the second one and add any filters you need. This will return all records in a list and using the Foreach will get the job done.
