I need help creating a script

I want to load up a very large list of Australian Domain names in a .txt or .csv file, example:
healthytogethervictoria.com.au
stratummetals.com.au
mairs.com.au
classison.com.auThe script then will need to go to: http://admin.auda.org.au/password_recovery/blank_recover_password.faces and Submit the list of domain names, one by one, it will need to use https://anti-captcha.com (I have a key) to solve the Captcha and return a file, ideally Excel, with the domain name and corresponding email addresses.
