But when I check in whoer.net I see there is frequently a mismatch of system time and proxy IP location

You need to switch proxy type to "socks5"
But isn't there a way in BAS to connect directly to the Ethernet adapters on the PC?
@sergerdn thought so, have already began this proxy method hopefully it's not too time consuming
Its HTTP-Client, with the difference that requests will send with proxy.
