I learned how to set up proxy and also grab fingerprint and apply.
But when I check in whoer.net I see there is frequently a mismatch of system time and proxy IP location
Is there a way to fix this?

@fingies That's not the problem, I have proxies with different ports that are much larger than 10000
For BAS we need to use %% I guess, after trying all the things, this code worked.

@Influxes these are different products. in addition to increasing the limits, you will also be able to get certain types of fingerprints(different browsers and platforms)
