Just noticed that the "LastVersion" file in the profile folder, as the name suggests, gets updated when the profile is opened with (another version of) BAS e.g. from 114.0.5735.91 to 117.0.5938.63. Therefore it's not suitable for our need to determine the original version of which a profile was created.
But at least can be said what was the latest BAS version that worked with it ;)
Profiles VERSUS saving cookies fingerprint proxy
-
Hello,
I have a bot that log in a site with several different accounts.
Now i am creating profiles to not have to login again to each account.
I would like to know if I save cookies, fingerprint and proxy I used, and load them to a new browser instance would not make the same job as profiles.
Profiles work great but as I have thousands of profiles, it starts to get too much space on hard drive and eventually I will get problem with space.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
I am interested on this question because I never used profiles, i dont even know how to implement it.
But i have tried saving all accounts fingerprint and cookies, and loading them everyday without a problem.
Im using actually 40 accounts and the folder used is 2.16 Mb
Can you tell me if its risky? is it better to use profiles?
Thanks in advance -
