If you want the second folder to stay updated with the potential changes that appear in the original folder after working with it, then yes, you would need to copy it again.
Set Header, referer is bugged.

As you can see when you go set header, try to set referer and try to load a page it says failed to load page.
After error, if i try to load the page again it loads successfully but at first one it sends error.

if site http, referer need to http, not httpS
