How to make image collages?

firstly, sorry for my bad english.

i just want to collage pictures. like this https://prnt.sc/sz74ei

exactly what i want;

for 1. work :

1- go to image folder
2- choose first pic
3- place on top
4- go to same image folder
5- choose another random picture
6- place in the middle at the bottom

for 2 work :

1- go to image folder
2- choose second pic
3- place on top
4- go to same image folder
5- choose another random picture
6- place in the middle at the bottom

will continue this process until there is no image in the folder

and after this, i want to upload a website. that's it.

so, how can i collage like this? thank you.

@Fox i know but i don't know how to use it. is there anyone who can explain with a video or pics? step by step. i rly need this.
