How Google Knows That??

How can google identify my pc?
I sent some request on this page to download audio then google blocked me after that I changed fingerprint and changed the proxy but still blocked!
tried with VPN also blocked.
I think google has a way to detect the browser even change fingerprint and change mouse speed and location.

Anyone have idea about that?
