@FastSpace У вас в Продвинутых настройка, стоит Параметр - Мобильные и 15 дней от даты добовления Минимум.
И просто Отпечатка нет больше такого.
Прибавьте или ждите :)В Переводе:
In your Advanced settings, there is a parameter - Mobile and 15 days from the date of adding a minimum.
And just the imprint is no longer like that.

so you mean I need to change it to * or 60 days cuz no new fingerprint is added within 15 days is that correct?

@FastSpace Я просто в Логе еге прочитал Лимит и Мобайл и 15 дней и всё понятно вроде.
Но тут вот видишь чёт Фингер гонит сам если у вас Параметров таких не стоит даже :)
Хотя вот он Пишет и видимо Правильно я угадал и Лог у него не врёт так сказать :)))
Я сколь Раз Собирал и поставишь тоже Например Декстоп, Вин 10, и такой т Браузер, да или вообще просто Декстоп, а один хрен Попадаются и МОБ.
И наоборот такая же Петрушка :) -

Add or waitу меня не заданы ограничивающие параметры , а ошибка лезет

What does it all boil down to?
I didn't specify any parameters or even Tag, but the fingerprint acquisition only succeeds once every 10 times.
Does this mean I don't have any fingerprints in stock?I can't read English and Russian, so I don't know what everyone saying.
