Can anyone help with one BAS?

My BAS software getting stuck in the launching stage at 10%. i installed avast software and then a popup came to add the bot as exception but before adding it to exception my pc restarted and then later the bot keeps getting stuck at the 10% of launching stage. Can anyone help how to fix it?
