BAS support is now provided by a designated customer support specialist. BAS developer will process only difficult technical problems. If you are subscribed to the Premium plan, feel free to ask questions through Skype and email without risking to distract our developer from his main tasks.

Forum branch “Browser Automation Studio > Support” is not an official channel for customer support. It is primarily meant for free users to ask for help from our awesome community.
While official BAS representatives monitor this forum branch, prompt answers to support questions posted in it are not guaranteed. We recommend posting difficult development related questions here. For quick questions or bug reports please contact us via Skype or email. -
Customer support to users with the Premium subscription is provided through Skype and email. We proceed questions received by email first because this channel is more favorable to having a structured conversation.
We answer easy questions via Skype. If a question requires a lot of message “ping-pong” or having a structured multi-step conversation, we may ask you to continue the conversation through email.
We strive to answer all questions within one working day unless a question requires developer’s input. For example, if you sent a question at the end of a working day, it will be answered either the same or the next working day.
It is difficult to guarantee a certain answering speed for questions that require developer’s input. Usually, it takes from 2 to 5 working days.

Hello everyone, I have a difficulty I am a recent user of the program and I have a project where I need to copy information from a site and save but I can not close and open the browser page because every time this happens I have to validate my entry. How can I run it without closing the browser page and opening each query ?????

I repeat, support on the forum is provided by ordinary BAS users. Premium support works on weekdays and the answer takes up to two days

@Fox oh okay yeah i am just trying to get my script to use cookies for multi threading so they quit logging each other out, i could not get it to work as much as i tried. but using regular chrome browser outside of bas it keeps logged in so i am not sure but maybe its something wrong that i am doing.

i have big Problems with my BAS Premium subscription. I cant log into my account on bablosoft anymore but i autosaved all my credentials in my browser as usual. Nothing changed since than but i cant log in anymore because the password is supposedly wrong....also i cant find any password reset or something similar. Also because i cant log in anymore i cant contact the BAS support via skype because i dont know the username of the BAS support. Probably someone stole my acc details or something in your database is wrong but i think its first cause.

@Fox im using Ubot studio for more than 10 years with an extra plugin for xpath and i have build lots of scripts on this software.
The last years i was always looking for a proper affordable software that i can move away my scripts from ubot.I have try to learn selenium but since im not code expert and my knowledge on python and the time to learn are very limited this was not the proper solution for me cause some of my script are advanced, im working with them on ubot for years, some of my scripts using the most of commands and function on Ubot will be very hard for me to learn to do same things on selenium.
Before some days i have found BAS, i try it, have check some vids and tuts and YES, this software really looks works in a similar and advanced way in comparison with ubot and and, looks like haves the possibility for me to archive this goal in a faster worthy way, the interface have this familiar style and logic that really makes me feel safe to try that, but i need good support able to provide me examples so i can understand how i can use similar commands and functions on BAS. So i will gonna have a lot of questions (most of them will be stupid) but will be necessary for me to be able understand how to move everything to BAS. Is anyone here have experience on this type of matter? If i buy BASPemium did i will take that kind of help and support im looking for?

Specify the question. Premium support will help in organizing the script logic in BAS, but it will not parse your script on another platform.

Ok. to tell you the truth i do not want to parse the script anyways i want simple examples so i can learn BAS through the process :). i will proceed to purchase that next few days thank you
