Proxy is not being used

I created a resource that has a lost of proxies:ports.
The first action is to us the proxy in the browser and i have it using socks 5. I then have it browse to whatsmyip.com and it shows my normal live ip.
I have it write the current data item to the log and i see the proxy listed. Even if i put the proxy in manually instead of it using the list.. it still shows my live ip. Am i missing a step that is causing it to not use the proxy?

@Fox Ah i didnt even realize i had the wrong one. Thanks for that. Am using the right one now, but says failed to get proxy iptest.xml

Did you specify all the parameters correctly?

Thankyou much : ) The proxies i had in that list were crappy quality. I used a better list and it worked like a charm.
